The CDC recommends that food be consumed with-in two hours or be refrigerated. We use ice bowls and boxes for cold items but we recommend all food is consumed within two hours of delivery. We are not responsible for any illness due to consumption.
Once your picnic is confirmed, there is a $100 deposit. We require a 72 hour notice before your event to cancel and reschedule or you will loose your deposit. We don’t offer refunds but, we will reschedule your picnic or issue a credit if your picnic is canceled with 72 or more hours notice. Credits must be used within one year.
Everything included in the setting must be returned in the same good condition as it was received. A detailed list of replacement cost will be included in your picnic contract. Each item that is damaged will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your deposit.
